Oscar Isaac is in talks with Marvel Studios to headline their ‘Moon Knight’ Disney+ series.
Isaac would be talking on the role of Marc Spector, an elite soldier and mercenary who decides to fight crime after he becomes the human avatar of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of the moon. The character, who suffers from a multiple personality disorder, is also a billionaire entrepreneur and often referred to as Marvel’s answer to Batman.
Having starred in the most recent Star Wars trilogy Isaac is no stranger to the Disney machine. He also has previous Marvel experience having played Apocalypse in the X-Men franchise.
‘Moon Knight’ is one of seven currently announced live-action Marvel Cinematic Universe series for Disney+. No time frame for the production has been confirmed.
