With Andy Muschietti’s ‘The Flash’ now finally in production he took to Instagram to give us the first glimpse of Michael Keaton’s return to the role of Batman.
It wasn’t much but you can see the classic ‘Batman’ ’89 logo on the familiar rubber suit. In a twist there are drops on blood on it that are reminiscent of the Comedian’s button from the start of ‘Watchmen’. Before Snyder fans jump all over this, please note that this was an image created by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Is this a hint at the tone of what is to come? Could the film adapt parts of the Batman/The Flash crossover ‘The Button’?
In ‘The Flash’ Michael Keaton is reprising the role of Batman for the first time since 1992. The film will also feature Ben Affleck as an alternate version of the character.
We Have Issues 
I don’t know what to think. Personally, I’m not particularly impressed by Muschietti. Keaton is great, but let’s see if he’s given good material to work with…
