Ben Kingsley will be reprising his role of Trevor Slattery in the upcoming ‘Wonder Man’ series for Marvel Studios and Disney+. Kingsley has previously appeared as Trevor, a bumbling failed British actor, in ‘Iron Man 3’ and ‘Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings’.
The casting of Wonder Man has yet to be announced but the character is a Hollywood actor and the show is said to be a satire of the filmmaking industry. This set up seems a logical fit for the Slattery character to be involved in and Kingsley is reported have a major role in the series.
Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed ‘Shang-Chi’, is co-creator of the series alongside Andrew Guest and will act as executive producer.
