NEON has announced that they will be producing a sequel to It Follows. David Robert Mitchell will be returning to write and direct the follow up to his 2014 cult horror hit.
Maika Monroe will return as Jay Height, who in the 2014 film was hunted by a mysterious entity after having sex with her boyfriend for the first time. The only way to temporarily stave off death is to pass the curse to someone else, who will become next on the list followed by the entity.
No details about the plot of the new film have been released but it is expected to shoot next year.
