During the MCU panel at ComicCon, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige revealed more information about the upcoming Fantastic Four film.
The Matt Shakman directed film now has the title The Fantastic Four: First Steps and will be scored by Oscar winner Michael Giacchino. Not only has Giacchino previously composed and directed for Marvel, he also scored Pixar’s The Incredibles, widely referred to as the best F4 film ever made.
Filming commences on Tuesday and the film well have a retro ’60s look to it. The Fantasticar was brought out on to the stage and early test footage of Galactus was screened.
It was also confirmed the the Fantastic Four will appear in the next two Avengers films.
The film has a release date of 25th July, 2025.
