DC Studios are looking to bring two of their biggest villains together for a film.
The Hollywood Reporter are saying the studio are putting together a project that will see Bane and Deathstoke sharing the screen. Matthew Orton (Captain America: Brave New World) is currently working on a script but there is no director in place at this moment.
Bane has previously been used as the central villain of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises where the character was famously played by Tom Hardy. There was also an appearance in Batman And Robin.
Deathstoke has featured heavily in TV and animation but, although the previous DC regimes had plans to use the character, film has been limited to a brief cameo in Justice League with Joe Manganiello in the role.
There are no details on whether is film will be part of the new DCU or stand alone like Joker.
