Idris Elba is in talks to take on the role of Man-at-Arms in Amazon’s new live-action Masters Of The Universe.
If he takes the part, he will join Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, Camila Mendes as playing Teela, and Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn. There is still no word on who will be playing Skeletor.
Man-at-Arms is the mentor to Prince Adam, the secret identity of He-Man, and the adoptive father of Teela.
The film is set to be directed by Travis Knight (Bumblebee) from a screenplay by Chris Butler, based on a draft written by David Callaham, and Aaron and Adam Nee.
Masters Of The Universe has a release date of 5th June, 2026.
