The Bear star Jeremy Allen White is going to the galaxy far, far way to be part of The Mandalorian & Grogu.

White will voice Rotta The Hutt in the Jon Favreau directed film, becoming the third cast member to be announced. He joins Pedro Pascal who will reprise the role of the Mandalorian, whether it will be in-person or just his voice, and Sigourney Weaver in an undisclosed role.

Rotta The Hutt, son of Jabba, first appeared in The Clone Wars animated film where he was kidnapped and had to be rescued by Anakin Skywalker. That film was set around 30 years before the events of The Mandalorian & Grogu.

The role is reported to be a sizable one, not just a cameo.

The Mandalorian & Grogu is reported to have completed principle photography and has a release date on 22nd May, 2026
