Legendary have revealed that the next film in the MonsterVerse will be called Godzilla x Kong: Supernova and the film be be released on 26th March, 2027.
The film, which has just started production with Grant Sputore directing, is a follow up to monster hit Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Written by David Callaham and Michael Lloyd Green, it will star Kaitlyn Dever, Dan Stevens, Jack O’Connell, Matthew Modine, Delroy Lindo, Alycia Debnam-Carey, and Sam Neill.
No plot details have been released but the film will see Godzilla and Kong team up again to stop the end of the world with the assistance of a number of human characters. Dan Stevens will be reprising his kaiju dentist character from The New Empire.
