Multiple Emmy winner Peter Dinklage has joined the cast of Noah Hawley’s Alien: Earth. The actor will play an undisclosed role in the show’s second season.
Production on season two is scheduled to begin in May in London. Season one ended on a cliffhanger, with the show’s surviving characters (and a xenomorph) all in one room and hybrid Wendy (Sydney Chandler) saying “Now we rule.”
It is unclear which of the season one characters will be returning. The cast included Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille and Moe Bar-El.
Dinklage is best known for Game Of Thrones and most recently played the villain in the first season of Dexter: Resurrection.
