Netflix gave us a first look at ‘The Sandman’, their upcoming adaptation of DC Comics emo classic, during the Tudum event.
Neil Gaiman’s comic series ran from the late 80s to the mid 90s and built his and DC/Vertigo’s reputation and it will now been DC’s most expensive TV series.
Tom Sturridge stars as Morpheus with Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, Kirby Howell-Baptiste as Death, Boyd Holbrook as The Corinthian, Charles Dance as Roderick Burgess, Patton Oswalt as Matthew the Raven, Jenna Coleman as Johanna Constantine, and Vivienne Acheampong as Lucienne.
The series will debut sometime next year.
