As part of Disney+ Day, Marvel Studios announced a number of new shows while showing title cards and brief footage from upcoming projects.
On the live action front, there was confirmation of ‘Agatha: House Of Harkness’, a spinoff from ‘WandaVision’, and ‘Echo’, which will see it’s lead character introduced in ‘Hawkeye’.
We got our first look at ‘Moon Knight’ with Oscar Isaac, a glimpse of ‘She-Hulk’ played by Tatiana Maslany, an introduction to Iman Vellani as ‘Ms. Marvel’, and a bearded Samuel L.Jackson as Nick Fury from ‘Secret Invasion’.
There were also title cards for ‘Armor Wars’ and ‘Ironheart’ confirming that they are still on the way.
In animation, there was the announcement of ‘X-Men ’97’, a continuation of the classic 90s show that will see many of the original voice cast and creative team return. We are also returning to Peter Parker’s early years with ‘Spider-Man: Freshman Year’ and are getting a ‘Marvel Zombies’ show. There was confirmation that ‘What If…?’ is getting a second season and a title card reminding us that ‘I Am Groot’ is on the way.
