As part of this year’s Godzilla Day celebrations Toho have announced that a new ‘Godzilla’ film will be released on 3rd November 2023. The film will be directed by Takashi Yamazaki but no other details have been released at this moment.
This film will be separate from Legendary’s Monsterverse, which include the now in production ‘Godzilla Vs. Kong 2’ and the Apple TV+ ‘Monarch’ series, as this is made under license.
This will be Toho’s first live-action Godzilla project since 2016’s ‘Shin Godzilla’.
