A bunch of photos have leaked from the set of upcoming Star Wars show ‘The Acolyte’ via The Daily Mail.
The Leslye Headland created show is the first live-action Star Wars project set in the High Republic era and will be set 100 years before the events of ‘The Phantom Menace’, the mystery-thriller takes viewers into a galaxy of shadowy secrets and emerging dark-side powers.
A former Padawan reunites with her Jedi Master to investigate a series of crimes, but the forces they confront are more sinister than they ever anticipated.
Official synopsis
The identifiable actors are Lee Jung-jae and Dean-Charles Chapman as Jedi. A Wookiee Jedi can also be see. The show also stars Amandla Stenberg, Dafne Keen, Manny Jacinto, Jodie Turner-Smith, Rebecca Henderson, Charlie Barnett and Carrie-Anne Moss.
‘The Acolyte’ is currently filming and is expected to be released in 2024.
