Marvel has released the official poster for the upcoming Disney+ event series before the trailer is released tonight.
‘Secret Invasion’ is based on the comic series Brian Michael Bendis, Leinil Francis Yu, Mark Morales and Laura Martin. That series will follow Nick Fury as he uncovers a radicalized faction of the Skrulls, led by Gravik, who are looking to install double agents into positions of power around the world. The MCU introduced the Skrulls in ‘Captain Marvel’.
Returning for the show are Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Talos (Ben Mendelsohn) and Martin Freeman (Everett K. Ross). The newcomers to the MCU include Olivia Colman as Sonia Falsworth, Emilia Clarke as G’iah and Kingsley Ben-Adir as Gravik.
The poster confirms the series begins on 21st June.
