During the Warner Bros. presentation at CinemaCon, while showcasing ‘The Nun 2’, the studio announced the title for the fourth film in ‘The Conjuring’ series.
The film, overall the ninth in the wider ‘Conjuring’ franchise, will be ‘The Conjuring: Last Rites’.
Apart from the title, no new information was given. It is thought that David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, who wrote the second and third film, is onboard and that the film will once again be produced by James Wan and Peter Safran. There is no word on whether franchise stars Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are return but this is highly likely.
The film does not currently have a release date.
