Jack Reynor (Transformers: Age Of Extinction, Midsommar) will star in Lee Cronin’s The Mummy, the latest take on the Egyptian horror.
Atomic Monster and Blumhouse are producing the new film for New Line Cinema, with Cronin also attached as a producer through his company, Doppelgängers. Cronin has previously produced and directed Evil Dead Rise for New Line.
The film is gearing up to shot in Ireland from next week and has a release date of 17th April, 2026.
No plot details have been released but Cronin has been quoted as saying his film “will be unlike any Mummy movie you ever laid eyeballs on before”.
