Marvel have changed their minds and un-renewed Wonder Man.
The series had originally been renewed back in March after a success first season starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who was Emmy nominated, and Ben Kingsley. It will now be a one-off like the majority of Marvel series.
Co-creators Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest were set to return for a second season. Cretton directed multiple episodes and Guest was showrunner.
No reason was given for the cancellation but Cretton is about to have a massive success with Spider-Man: Brand New Day and is clearly in favour at the studio.
