At Comiccon, Marvel Studios unveiled David Jonsson as the new Black Panther.
Jonsson, who has had starring roles in Alien: Romulus and The Long Walk, will play the adult version of the son of T’Challa, portrayed by the late Chadwick Boseman in a number of MCU films.
Black Panther 3 will once again be directed by Ryan Coogler, will be shot on 70mm, and has a release date of 15th December, 2028.
T’Challa’s son was introduced as a child at the end of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, indicating that the character will most likely be aged up in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars.
