During this year’s Godzilla Fest in Japan, Toho announced the title for the sequel to the Oscar winning Godzilla Minus One.
Godzilla Minus Zero will be a direct sequel and see Takashi Yamazaki, the original film’s writer, director, special effects lead return for the same roles.
No release date has been announced but the film is expected to debut at towards the end of next year with with production taking place in New Zealand and Norway later this year.
Godzilla Minus Zero will be Toho’s 31st Japanese instalment in the kaiju franchise.
