Sharon Stone is in final talks to join next year’s ‘Blue Beetle’ as the villain.
Stone will play Victoria Kord, a character that has been created for the film but is thought to be a relative of Ted Kord. Ted Kord was the second Blue Beetle in the comics who handed the mantle to Jaime Reyes, played by Xolo Maridueña in the film.
Stone has previously played a villain in Halle Berry’s poorly received ‘Catwoman’.
‘Blue Beetle’ is set to be released on August 18th, 2023.
