Todd Phillips has poster the first look at Lady Gaga in the ‘Joker’ sequel on his Instagram. Gaga is taking on the role of Harley Quinn in the film which will be set outside of James Gunn’s DCU. Gunn recently announced films like ‘Joker’ and ‘The Batman’ will be labelled ‘Elseworlds’ to distinguish them from the main line.

The sequel, titled ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’, is reported to be a musical fantasy set within the walls of Arkham Asylum. Currently shooting, it has a release date of 4th October 2024.
