Spidey has toppled the The Avengers’ record for the biggest North American opening.
Brand New Day has pulled in massive total of $360 million, beating 2019’s Avengers: Endgame by $2.9 million. Making this figure all the more impressive is the fact it was achieved without the film screening on any IMAX screen which have an inflated ticket price.
The film has also hit a staggering estimate of $927,000,000 at the worldwide box-office. Endgame still holds that record with $1.2 billion.
Not only is the film an unstoppable commercial success, it is also a crowd-pleaser with an A CinemaScore and a 98 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
