During the presentation about the future of DC Studios James Gunn and Peter Safran gave an update on the sequel to Matt Reeves’ ‘The Batman’.
The film will be simple titled ‘The Batman Part II’ and has a release date of 3rd October, 2025. Robert Pattinson will reprise the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne and the film will remain separate from the new DCU. Matt Reeves is currently working on the script.
2025 will be the time where a solo Superman and Batman film have been released in the same year.
