The 15th anniversary panel for ‘The Clone Wars’ took place during Star Wars Celebration Europe today and at the end Dave Filoni revealed that the team were working on a second season of ‘Tales Of The Jedi’. The first season consisted of 6 animated shorts that filled in gaps from the Clone Wars era.
Tales of the Jedi was so fun the first time, I decided to do some more. What’s become apparent to me is the Jedi have to continue to teach their Padawans, and I have to continue to teach my Padawans in animation…so that Lucasfilm animation can continue to be strong.

No information was released about the show or the extent of Filoni’s involvement but there is clear focus to use it as a training ground for future Star Wars storytellers.
Season one was announced at Star Wars Celebration 2022 and released in October last year but there is no indication when season two will be released.
